Key Aspects of the Process:
-Strip and clean all tile and grout with a rotary machine and grout brush
-Color seal each line by hand with a custom color-matching grout sealant (twice)
-File down, build-up, and repair all damaged grout and tile​
-Repairs are double coated and blended with the color-matching sealant
-Spray buff the floors to remove the haze
-Polish the floors to reinstate the tile sheen
-Deep clean, touch-up, and re-caulk all baseboards if needed
Tile and Grout Restoration Process
Average jobs take 2 to 4 days, and small jobs are done in 1 day. It is a non-toxic, dustless, and detailed multi-step process.
-Tile Counter Tops and Stainless Steel Cleaned
- Two-Part Acrylic Clear Sealing
This water-based tile/paver sealer dries crystal clear and promotes joint stabilization. A non-skid additive can be used to make the surface of tile/pavers non-slip.​
